2. CONCEPT PLANS
Our drafting services will take your concept and transform it into a design that complies with all relevant laws and codes. From here, we will send you a draft set of plans. After your review and comment, we will be able to provide a full set of architectural working drawings that meet all necessary requirements.
3. DRAFTING & DETAILING
We will ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted, including the BASIX report and Statement of Environmental Effects. We proceed to lodging the relevant drawings and documents with the relevant authority and address any enquiries from the approval authority to get the green light for construction.
